Our team of local women from across Mindanao understand the culture, speak the language, and have earned the confidence of their communities. Combining deep local knowledge and specialist expertise, we co-design and deliver solutions that communities genuinely own and sustain long after our work is done. We strengthen local leadership and help build local systems that create lasting change.

Lasting Change Programs
We partner with communities and civil society leaders in conflict-affected areas to build local skills, networks, programs, and leadership. From supporting local researchers to training community organizations, every program is designed in response to direct community requests to build lasting capacity, stronger systems, and community-led solutions.
GBV Outreach & Support
Our team of women provides holistic support to women experiencing gender-based violence by connecting them to legal, psychosocial, and protection services while providing immediate assistance. Where survivors are rebuilding their lives, we support longer term recovery through livelihood initiatives, helping to restore safety, dignity, independence, and economic resilience.
Democracy & Civic Resilience
Our work strengthens grassroots democratic resilience through civic education, rights awareness, women's democratic participation, and voter education. We support civic agency from the ground up backed by deep empirical research, helping communities to become more informed, inclusive, and resilient in the face of threats to democratic values and institutions.
